Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving product to be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information so we can initiate your refund process. We may not be responsible for the cost of returning your product back to us.

We offer refunds for products unused and in the same condition as you received it. Please ensure pressure-seal is on product. Next Level Supps is not responsible for the cost of your return item/s. Once we have received the product and ensured it is unused, a refund will be processed to the same payment method as the order.
All products are sent with a pressure-seal to ensure the highest quality of the product. In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, please send a photo of the issue. We will provide you with a paid return postage back to us and once deemed faulty, we can offer a refund or exchange of the product.
We provide tracked shipping with all orders. If you have authorised for your order to be left unattended, unfortunately we are not responsible if your order goes missing and therefore cannot offer you a refund. If it has taken longer than the estimated delivery times for your order to arrive, please get in contact and we will get in touch with the courier for more information. Please note there may be courier delays during the holiday period.
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method as provided in your original order to all approved refunds. We will initiate the refund as soon as we have received the product and it meets our Return Policy. Please contact us after 5-7 business days if refund has not been received. It may take several days for the refund amount to appear in your bank account, depending on the payment method and bank company.
