Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

YES. We pride ourselves with providing the highest quality product(s) available. Our product(s) are HPLC tested to analyse the percentage of active compound available. See product images for HPLC testing results.  

Shipping & Returns

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location.

Normally, once you've placed your order, it will be dispatched the same day or next business day. All orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next business day.

Please be aware our couriers may experience delays during holiday periods and any unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the delivery time of your order.  

Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions: 

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving product
  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Please ensure pressure-seal is on product.
